Logical Real Estate, LLC seeks people that can help us expand the business.
Requirements:
This is for a long term position only. Please don't reply if you are only looking for a short term gig. It takes a week to train a person, and then it takes months for them to be self-sufficient. All the progress is reset and the company gets set back if the person quits. Hence, $15/hour to start, with the ability to raise to $21/hour after 1st year. You will grow fast with the company.
Part-time (about 20 hours per week.)
Very flexible hours. During the first weeks, you will work at our offices in Downtown Los Angeles. After that, you can work from home most of the time, but you will still need to do some hours in the office location every week.
We would prefer someone that lives near Downtown Los Angeles.
The company has changing priorities all the time. Tasks mostly related to Real Estate. So a real estate background is highly preferred.
The job will require you to know much personal information so a credit and background check will be required. People with criminal backgrounds or even bad credit may not be accepted.
We manage ArtistHousing.com, a small chain of communities designed for artists, the first official co-living community in Los Angeles, and still the most affordable housing option in Los Angeles for over 10 years.

Requirements:
- Can manage themselves.
- Creative and think outside the box
- Able to put on multiple hats:
- Raising capital
- Property search
- Property analysis
- Research
- $15/hr for first 6 months, then $3 raise every six months after that. Up to 4% commission on any investment you help achieve. We are seeking around $1 million dollar properties in several cities.
- 4 hrs/ 5 days per day. Will require to work from our office sometimes but can work remote often after learning everything very well.
