INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITY:
  1. Secured loans: purchase the mortgage of a property for us and we will repay the loan to the investor with a 15% minimum interest return on investment and agreed repayment time. This option is for the investor with minimal liability, they will carry full control of the title and deed. The mortgage owner could remove us from the property for little reason so we are trying to build this option out of trust. 
  2. Owner finance or lease to own: If you own property that you think would apply to our business model, we will gladly accept any offer that will help us collect and hold ownership of as many real properties as possible. 
  3. Unsecured loans: We will take as many as make sense and will pay well over a 22% interest on your investment. 
  4. Silent investors or joint ventures: The money will be in an interest-generating escrow until we have about 20 % to put down on a proposed new development or real estate acquisition. First profits go to a list of priority renovation improvements. This will all be shown on the projected setup, cash flow analysis, timeline, and although we want to hold on to all assets indefinitely, we will prepare 48-month exit strategies for each property. 
  5. Ownership percentage: $275,000 per 10% of business ownership. The money will go directly and transparently to expansion, profits distributed accordingly.
