LOGICAL HOUSING
Property Manager
$15 per hour for first 6 months, then $3 raise every 6 months after that.
20 hours per week. 5 days per week. 4 hours per day.

Artist Housing needs someone that can:
  • Manage themselves and do not need much direction.
  • Is creative and thinks outside the box.
  • Advanced knowledge with Google Sheets/Excell. 
  • Will need to work from our offices in Downtown Los Angeles 5 days per week, 4 hours per day. 
  • Review accounting
  • Tenant Communications
  • Research
  • Media outreach
  • Event coordinator
  • Minor cleaning and repair when necessary.
  • Check emails and texts daily.
  • Suggest renovations that would add the most value.
Other Responsibilities, Rules, and Notes
  1. Prioritize anything that you feel strong and competent with. As we move forward, you can familiarize yourself little by little with other things.
  • Start with the quick and simple tasks for a couple of weeks, then set you free on large project endeavors.
  • Monitor staff RAs, handymen, and maids.
  • Don’t hesitate to ask us to reiterate or rephrase communications. 
  • We use Google and a site TenantCloud for everything.
  • You will learn about raising capital and real estate.
  • To ensure our position for a long and stable time, we need to expand the business.
  • All calls and emails must do using a designated company profile. Do not give out your phone numbers or email address.

  • Monitor and update routers and computers.
  • Call our attorneys for any little thing. They are very accommodating. 
  • Meet company key players.
  1. Regularly change of priorities. 
  2. Do virtual Walk-throughs and real life.
  3. Do unit inspections and tenant turn-overs.
  4. Do not speak about tenants or tenant relations outside of work hours.
  5. Check surveillance if needed.
  6. Regulate inventory and monitor home furnishings.
  7. Enforce rules.
  8. Use written communication (text, email, TenantCloud) for everything to avoid miscommunication or false accusations from tenants. 
  9. Must be ready to unclog a toilet, wipe down a mess, flip on a fuse, etc.
